I have join for the 10 days trail a month ago, and have cancel it before the 10 days is over. Later I found out that I was still being charged 24.99 for one month despite canceling it well before the trail period is over. Try to contact Lynda a few times via email but they totally ignore it.
Not only the I feel the 10 days free trail is a scam, but the totally no follow up customer service at all.
I was actually thinking about getting a group membership for my company but after what I had gone through I decide to look else where.
I do not recommend Lynda to anyone.
