I initially signed up for the free trial and paid for one month before deciding to cancel when I no longer needed the service. I was no longer receiving billing statements via email as I did initially, so I assumed everything was taken care of, but I realized that they charged me for another two months on my credit card statement.

Never received any notification for this charge--no email billing statement, no receipt--like they did before. I called the customer service line to get it cancelled, and luckily this time I received an email confirming my cancellation, so it looks like it worked, but I will be keeping an eye out for any further charges from Lynda.
